Like many businesses, we’re preparing to reopen our stores from Monday 15th June. To maintain health and safety, we are staggering the opening of our stores, starting with The Berwick Street Cloth Shop, 14 Berwick Street. Information about our other locations will follow in due course.

We’re really looking forward to seeing you in person again, but our primary focus is your health and safety, and that of our employees. Therefore, I wanted to let you know about the changes we’ve made to ensure the relaxed and enjoyable experience that you’re used to with Broadwick Silks Ltd.

Reduced hours

To ensure that our staff travels outside of peak times, our stores will operate with reduced hours from 10am to 4pm.

If you would like to come in for a one-to-one personal styling appointment outside of these hours, please email us at appointments@broadwicksilks.com and we can, of course, try to arrange this for you.

Social Distancing

There will be a limited number of customers in-store at a time to guarantee social distancing. To make sure your visit is productive, you can call the store ahead of time with any styles that you’re keen to see.

Face masks

All team members will be wearing face masks and hand-sanitiser will be available at the store entrance. Every area of the store will be regularly and thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.

Payment options

Payment options now also include Apple Pay. For card payments, all machines will be sanitised before and after use.

Virtual fabric shopping

If you’re not ready to visit us in-store yet, we’ll be offering WhatsApp video calls and consultations with our store teams. Available on an appointment basis, you can still enjoy fabric shopping with personal attention from our experts. To book, just email appointments@broadwicksilks.com. In the meantime we continue to offer a selection of our fabric range at our online store Top Fabric.
